Receiver Contact Information Notice
To ensure smooth and one-time successful delivery, we highly suggest filling in an active and reachable contact number during checkout procedures. Delivery staff will contact receivers via reserved number for parcel handover arrangement.
Failed delivery, parcel return or parcel loss caused by invalid, shutdown or wrong contact number shall be undertaken by the order placer. We cannot provide compensation or free redelivery for such man-made failed delivery cases.
